From the reviews I've read and the trailer it looks amazing! I love elves of any type (probably one of my favorite paranormal creatures) and so a book about them sounds just awesome! Only downfall is that it's an e-book! :( So unfortunately until I decide to take the leap and get an e-reader I'll just have to suffer. This Wednesday I'm waiting on The Thirteenth Chime by Emma Michaels. The genre is young adult and it's paranormal/urban fantasy. It's set to be released Friday, August 13th. Isn't that awesome! Friday the 13th! Also, in order to drum up some hype for the book Emma Michaels is being super cool and offering some super sweat swag to those who buy the book once it comes. This Wednesday I'm waiting on The Iron Daughter by Julie Kagawa. It'll be out in August! Whoo! Right around my birthday! Although, I'd much rather it was out now. :)

It sounds amazing right? I'm re-reading The Iron King, the first in the series, so that I can review it for the blog and now I'm really excited about The Iron Daughter! If you're interested in The Iron Daughter you can read The Iron King, the first in the Iron Fey series, or the novella Winter's Passage available here for download. Winter's Passage is a short story about Meaghan and Ash, two of the main characters in the book, and their journey into winter. This story takes place just after the first book so after you read this you'll be ready for the release of The Iron Daughter in August. I haven't read Winter's Passage yet, but I plan to shortly and even though it's not technically a book I'll put a review up!
